Vina Construction was started by two persons MRS. VINA RAI (MD) & Director MR. H.K. RAI since then it has grown every year and today it has a manpower of 45 , it has became possible due to better client satisfaction per project. Under the guidance of our EA Mr. H.K. Rai have 20 years experience in construction field. Starting 07 years experience in Water supply system (Water Treatment Plant, Over head tank & distribution system). Last 13 years working with M/s Paharpur Cooling Towers Ltd with a post of Deputy Project Manager. In his carrier his completed 120MW ID CTs in Tata Power Plant Jamshedpur & 2 X 250 MW & 2 X 500 MW Thermal Power Projects in DVC Mejia W.B.. His last site 3 X 660 MW at Prayagraj Thermal Power Plant Bara Allahabad U.P. His completed successfully 28 Nos. Cell in ID CTs, 04 Nos. NDCTs, highest height 168 rmt, 02 Nos. Chimney 275 rmt height & 02 Nos. Fly Ash silo. In his supervision the Company is attaining new heights with a trusted brand name in construction industry.

The growth of Vina Construction is because of belief of company in these pillars and our continuous effort for strengthening these pillars. In order to give better satisfaction to our clients, we always try to find methods in order to improve our productivity and quality. The base of strength of every company lies in the people who work for that company, because that is the only thing which other companies cannot duplicate. Similarly we have a group of experienced, energetic and dedicated people in our organization; these are continuously working for exceeding the client expectation. The organization is always trying to lower the communication barrier; we are doing this by assigning a person for every project. The lower communication barrier gives us increase in productivity and better management. Adoption of latest technology in our work is also helping us in this.
